Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, the real one, the DOP for instance, is a product of tradition but also very  versatile, perfect for example for Cocktail!

In fact, it is suitable for most classical recipes but also to give a twist to cocktail and culinary experimentation trend.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extra Vecchio D.O.P. CHERRY 1 cl.,

Martini Rosé 2 cl.,

Bitter Campari 2 cl.,

Rosso Antico ‘vermouth bent’ 2 cl.,

Scent Vanilla (Liquor)


Orange ½, slice , Lemon ½ slice, 1 Maraschino Cherry, Berries.


Mix all the ingredients well, pour into a glass ‘wide and low’ and garnish with fresh fruit.
