Strawberries and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, an original and tasty aperitif to delight every palate!

Chef Claudio Bagni of San Silvestro Restaurant in San Prospero (MO) has created this delicious and tasty recipe, ideal as an aperitif for any occasion! First of all, the ingredients.

Ingredients for 4 people:

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. Cherry Wood

4 Fresh Strawberries

100 gr of Parmigiano Reggiano

Preparation:
First of all, prepare the Parmigiano pods placing small quantities of grated cheese on baking paper and bake at 100º for a few minutes. As a result, let everything cool. So, proceed washing and cutting the strawberries vertically to insert the Parmigiano flakes.
In addition, arrange everything on the serving plate, pouring drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar D.O.P. CHERRY TREE.
