Here is the recipe for a really special cocktail, based on Traditional Balsamic Vinegar aged in cherry wood. It is an intriguing aperitif, fresh and fruity, ideal to start the evening with friends.

In fact, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is an interesting and flexible ingredient thanks to its particular aroma. Sweet and sour at the same time, it can be combined with different preparations.

The chef Franco of the Blu Bar at Hotel Touring Carpi  has received this drink.

Shake the gin in the mixer with ice cubes, pour into the cocktail cup and add the cold raspberry centrifuge.

Presentation:
Serve in cocktail cup and garnish with fresh raspberries and some drops Traditional Balsamic Vinegar aged in Cherry Wood.
The result is a cocktail with a strong impact, given by the Gin Tanqueray Ten sour and with the final wrapped by the unmistakable flavors of the ABTM.
In a tall and elongated tumbler with seltz it can also be used as a long drink.
