An irresistible appetizer for cooking lovers, based on natural and genuine ingredients: Grilled bread with Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar,

This original plate, created for us by Chef Anna Ballerini, is a tasty idea to start a dinner with a special people.

Ingredients:
Parmigiano Reggiano, 80 gr
Whipping Cream, 200 gr
Salad
Altamura or Ciabatta Bread
Olive Oil
Salt
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Preparation:
First of all, grate the Parmigiano Reggiano and proceed by whipping the cream. As a result, incorporate the cheese until a soft cream is obtained. Just before serving, season the salad. Finally, divide the mousse into 4 parts, giving each a little shape.

Presentation:
Arrange the portions thus obtained on top of the salad, spread a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO (about a teaspoon per person) and serve with grilled bread.
